CURRENT SHIPPING SCHEDULE: We are on our summer break until the weather gets a little cooler . As of May 1, 2025, our current shipping schedule is 2-4 weeks. But, reach out to us if you need something really quick. If we are able to ship sooner, we will definitely do our very best to get your orders out.
Shipping & Handling Fees: ll All S&H charges are calculated based on the total weight of your glass order, the size of box(S) used to ship your goodies and the customers SHIP TO Zip code. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. We use PirateShip for creating ALL of our shipping labels. We charge what they charge for shipping with a little extra to cover the cost of packaging materials.
*ALL ORDERS will have a $10.00 minimum shipping & handling fee*
Can I provide my own shipping label to Glass Addicts Supplies for my order? YES, of course you can! Just let us know that you would like to email us a shipping label once we provide you with all the packaging details. **FYI-if your shipping label does not cover the total cost for your shipping label, then the label provider will charge you additional fees to cover the difference.
Shipping discounts: We will do our very best to combine multiple orders into as few boxes as we can, so that you get the most economical S&H Fees possible.
Shipment tracking: Once your order is complete, we will print a label to send out your order. You will receive a separate email with your tracking information. It is the customers responsibility to track and obtain the package. Glass Addicts Supplies will not keep track of orders once they have been shipped.
Lost/Stolen/Misplaced Packages: Glass Addicts Supplies will not take any responsibility for any mishaps during shipping or upon delivery. Most

Returns = Exchange - Because we are dealing with a lot of glass, that breaks! This is why ALL sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns.
However, IF there is an issue with your order: And that is a BIG "IF", there is a big enough concern for you to reach out about your order details. We will consider working through the issue with our customer to come to a resolution that works for all parties involved. Customer must contact us within 10 days of the order delivery date that has been confirmed by both customer and our Admin. There will be a 30 day review and decision given to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all S&H fees to and from Glass Addicts Supplies. If or when there is a Big "IF" situation.
