Shipping & Handling:

Shipping fees are based on size, weight and destination Zip code.

Shipping discounts - If multiple items are purchased, we will be sure to combine the orders so that you get the most economical S&H Fees possible. 

Shipment tracking - Once your order is complete, we will print a label to send out your order. You will receive a separate email with your tracking information. It is the customers responsibility to track and obtain the package. Glass Addicts Supplies will not keep track of orders once they have been shipped.

***Glass Addicts Supplies will not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns = Exchange - Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns. However, IF there is an issue with your order, we will consider an even exchange. Customer must contact us within 10 days of the order delivery date. The customer will be responsible for all S&H fees.
